Over time, the growth of bacteria in botanical ingredients such as tea leaves can cause deterioration of taste and aroma. While existing cold-brew extraction methods can bring out flavor components like theanine, the long extraction time may affect the natural flavor and deliciousness of the ingredient.

Our patented COLDRAW extraction process (patent no. 7020730) addresses this issue by repeating the process of reducing the pressure inside the container to a vacuum state and then returning it back to normal pressure. In addition, the temperature is precisely controlled for rapid extraction, allowing you to enjoy beverages with fresh and clear colors, aromas, and flavors.
